This is a great read for those of you who love to shoot but don't have formal training.

If you read to the bottom, which I hope you do, there are links to other informative pages on things like shutter speeds, focus locks and portraits!

Computer is back up and running! And here is the ad I was working on before my laptop decided it needed a rest.

Hello again!

Getting busy again! And in the midst of designing my computer contracted a virus! Eek! It's in the safe hands of Central Bucks Computer right now, and I will be back to work soon.

In the meantime, I came across this photo which I found interesting...

Natural Pools

I've always loved pools, but I'm not crazy about the look of them... until I found this website.

This is a pool I would love to own.

And I believe if you had this as your pool, and as your view, you would never want to leave your house.

Converted Houses

I LOVE LOVE LOVE houses that were once used for other purposes...old factory, church, warehouse...you name it.

A house that used to be a lighthouse is something I haven't seen much of...

The one above kind of scares the crap out of me though. I rather live in a lighthouse that is, well, on land. With a drive way instead of an ocean.

That's better.

Oh wait. Better till high tide!

Or, you could just stay in one overnight. Also fun.

Stereographic Photography

So a bit ago I posted about 360 degree photography and how to do it. (Who has had time to try that out yet? I haven't!)

Well, here's the opposite. Zero degree? No. Edward Horsford calls it Stereographic Photography.

Always time for kitties

Despite how busy I am, and how far away from my camera I sometimes feel, I always have time for cute animals.

Flying High

Occasionally I go flying with my grandfather on Sundays. For the first time we flew South, instead of the usual North or West. It was great to see some new sights.

Here's a black and white from somewhere over Delaware.

Buying a new camera?

But don't have time to kill in the store, or want to get a bit more knowledge before you go into the store?

Go to this website! It helps you compare sizes of cameras (to see if the cameras will fit in your current camera bag, to see how bulky it is compared to your hand, etc.), gives you Amazon.com users review of each camera with a simple click, and if you type in what size your monitor you have it will show the actual size of the camera.

Try it out. http://camerasize.com

Chapman Gallery Ad

Well, you take a day or two off and you get out of sync! Sorry this is going up the day of the event!

Nasa photos. Again.

I know I post several times a month regarding photos from NASA, but really, who wouldn't want to see a 8000x8000 photo of earth?
